We're well into fall and moving toward winter, but we're not there just yet! We have a few weeks left of this beautiful season, and that is a few weeks we have to enjoy all that is autumn.
We thought we'd share some of our favorite ways to lean into this season in case you're looking for some ideas!
Fragrant herbs like rosemary are wonderful year-round, but especially during this season. The smell of rosemary alone is divine, but adding a sprig to a glass of water or cocktail gives a beverage an instant festive upgrade. We're serious rosemary appreciators here at Choice Forward.
Music is a great way to get into the spirit of any season. The "Fall Playlist" on Pandora gives some calming cozy vibes, while "Autumn lofi music” and “Autumn jazz” videos on Youtube make great background music for doing work or chores. They come with some visuals, so we recommend listening on your TV if you can!
Finally, we are drinking a lot of herbal tea these days. It’s especially decadent on a cold day! Lemon balm, peppermint, rose, and chamomile are some of our favorite herbs. Add lemon and local honey for a boost to your immune system.
