Spiritual Depression

Through my work as a teacher, life-coach, and spiritual advisor, I've help those in my care learn to manage their depression - mild and chronic alike - through deepening their understanding of themselves as well as what causes depression. 

Our mind, body, and spirit are intricately connected, and depression is not isolated to just one part of us. 

With a focus on the spirit, I discuss a holistic approach to understanding depression and improving our wellness.
